Evergreen USA was capitalized by a group of nearly 100 campground owners throughout the United States. Total capital contributed was in excess of $1 million dollars. Today there are over 800 campground and paddlesport operators that are stockholders.
To foster strong financial stability for Evergreen USA, reinsurance has been purchased to cover all losses in excess of $100,000. Evergreen's reinsurance coverage is provided by some of the largest and strongest reinsurers in the world, including:

Every account is inspected and expected to maintain loss control measures essential to providing a safe, but fun-filled environment for campers, paddlers and their guests.
Currently Evergreen USA is rated a B+ "Good" by A.M. Best with a positive outlook.
