Diane Melanson, ACSR, AIS

Diane Melanson originally started as a receptionist for Evergreen in May, 1998. After proving her skills and
dedication to Evergreen, Diane moved in to the claims department where she assisted the claims administrator. Since then, Diane has worked in the accounting department and now works in underwriting, rating insurance policies and processing changes to those policies.
Working in so many of the departments within Evergreen has given Diane a complete understanding of the services offered and helps to make Evergreen the premier company for outdoor recreation insurance. Diane has also earned her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation and an Associates in Insurance Services.
Diane and her husband, Mike live in Leeds and enjoys travel, swimming and gardening.
