Evergreen USA, licensed by the State of Vermont, provides insurance coverage to campgrounds, RV parks, and paddlesports operations nationwide under the Risk Retention Act. Risk retention groups traditionally provide lower operating costs, specialized risk management, and loss prevention programs that translate into generally lower premiums over the long term.

100% of Evergreen USA's stock ownership is vested with the outdoor recreation industry. The nine members of the board of directors, all of whom are either past or present operators of privately owned campgrounds, RV parks or paddlesports operations, are elected from and by the stockholders.
