Our Liability coverage is customized to be the industry leader in Campground Insurance, RV Park Insurance and Resorts Insurance.

General Liability Coverage

Liability Coverage with limits up to $16,000,000 and more, covers our clients' premises and facilities, including claims arising from activities such as swimming, climbing walls, bicycle rentals, mini golf, and boat rentals.  Vehicles used primarily on your premises and not licensed or registered for road use are automatically covered under general liability for no additional charge.

Pollution Liability Coverage

Pollution Liability Coverage for liability arising out of accidental leakage or spills from gas and oil tanks, septic tanks, and sewage treatment plants. Liability limits of $300,000 per occurrence are included in your basic policy for no additional charge.

RV and Trailer Spotting Coverage

RV Spotting and Trailer Spotting Coverage for damages you are liable for when you or a member of your staff move or assist in moving a trailer or other recreational vehicle. Liability limit of $100,000.

Vehicle Insurance for service and delivery vehicles used in your operation is available in most states.

Hired and Non-owned Autos liability protection should you or an employee use a vehicle not owned by the business for business purposes.

Garage Operations

Garage Liability protects you against claims for bodily injury or property damage resulting from auto, camper, trailer, boat or RV operation, including work you have performed, work performed for you and products you have made or sold.

Garagekeeper's Legal Liability covers claims brought against you when you are legally liable for damages to campers or RV's left in your care, custody or control.
